Job summary

Haven invites applications for a Cooks Manager at Seton Sands Holiday Village in Port Seton, East Lothian. You’ll lead a busy fish & chips operation, coaching the team, controlling resources, and delivering great guest experiences on a daily basis.

In this full-time, permanent role you’ll manage budgets, uphold health and safety standards, and drive continuous improvements while ensuring compliance with brand standards. An annual bonus of up to 10% is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roles such as Fish & Chip Shop Manager, Takeaway Manager in a fast-food chain, or a similar management role within the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
