Job summary

Burnley FC is looking for a dedicated First Team Senior Kit Assistant to join our team in Burnley. You will support the club’s daily operations by organising training gear for players and staff and ensuring kit readiness for fixtures.

The role requires an eye for detail, reliability, and a flexible approach to evenings and weekends. Previous kit or events experience is welcome, with DBS checks and social media screening as part of the process.

• Experience in a similar kit room or sports equipment role.
• Flexible and able to work evenings and weekends.
• Interest in football and Burnley FC values.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily training kit and equipment for the first team players and staff.
• Allocate and print all training kit for players and staff at the start of each season.
• Oversee the match kit protocol for the Men’s First Team; prepare the kit allocation and check before and after fixtures.

Role Expectations

As the First Team Senior Kit Assistant, you will be expected to:

• Prepare daily training kit and equipment for the first team players and staff.
• Allocate and print all training kit for players and staff at the start of each season.
• Oversee the match kit protocol for the Men’s First Team; prepare the kit allocation and check before and after fixtures.
