Job summary

Manchester City Women is seeking an operations-focused professional to support first team operations and player welfare. You will help create a responsive, player-centred environment and coordinate practical details around football activity for players and families.

You will own designated home/away responsibilities, travel, training logistics and onboarding, while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure safeguarding, records and wellbeing are upheld across the club.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering personalised operational or player support services within elite sport or similar high-performance environment.
• Proven ability to take ownership of operational activity and coordinate delivery across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel and matchday logistics.
• Accurate administrative skills and attention to detail with defined processes and deadlines.
• Clear interpersonal skills and sound judgement when supporting players and families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate home and away fixtures, travel, training and team logistics.
• Manage transport, accommodation and matchday requirements and liaise with suppliers.
• Coordinate player onboarding, relocation, administration and welfare support.
• Work with Club departments to support safeguarding, records and family engagement.
