Job summary

Davies Group in Bolton is seeking a First Response Advisor to join the Claims Management team. This permanent, full-time role focuses on initial customer contact, accurate data entry of new claim information, and providing administrative support to the teams.

You will handle customer interactions, input claims, arrange inspection appointments, manage email inboxes, and contribute to a positive team culture. The role offers extensive benefits and development opportunities with Davies Group.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer interactions professionally and in line with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).
• Accurately input new claims received within service guidelines.
• Call customers to arrange inspection appointments and manage your diary reminders.
• Manage company claim-related email inboxes and inbound calls.
• Contribute positively to teamwork and overall culture.

Davies Group are looking for a professional individual who can undertake initial customer contact, capture accurate data entry of new claim information and provide administrative support to the teams.

What will your day look like:

• Effectively handle all customer interactions (client and direct customers) professionally, knowledgably and within TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) in mind
• Accurately input new claims that are received within service guidelines
• Call customers to arrange inspection appointments and take a pro‑active approach to arranging appointments, including management of own diary reminders
• Manage company claim related email inboxes and handle inbound calls
• Contribute positively to both great teamwork and a good overall culture

Knowledge and Abilities:
