In this hands-on role, you will manage a small teamproviding training and first-line support, ensuring smooth adoption oftools used for First Mile data collection in cocoa, coffee, and cottonsupply chains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead user support and training for First Miledigital tools
• Act as the bridge between field teams and ITduring testing and releases
• Monitor tool performance and useradoption, producing regular reports
• Oversee issue resolutionand process improvement
• Coordinate closely with product,data, and transformation teams
• Travel to origin locations tosupport implementation and gather feedback

Requirements:

• Degree in arelevant field; MBA/Master’s a plus
• 5+ years managingsoftware tools, ideally in soft commodities or rural settings
• Experience delivering training and coordinating releases
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel regularly to field operations
