We are working with a leading soft commodities group seeking a First Mile Digitisation Service Lead to oversee digital tool deployment and support across its origin operations. This hands-on role involves managing a small team, providing training, and supporting the adoption of tools used for First Mile data collection in cocoa, coffee, and cotton supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead user support and training for First Mile digital tools
• Act as the liaison between field teams and IT during testing and releases
• Monitor tool performance and user adoption, and produce regular reports
• Oversee issue resolution and process improvements
• Coordinate closely with product, data, and transformation teams
• Travel to origin locations to support implementation and gather feedback

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus
• 5+ years managing software tools, preferably in soft commodities or rural settings
• Experience in delivering training and coordinating releases
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel regularly to field operations
