Job summary

The Cloud One hotels is launching a new lounge in London and seeks its first bartender to lead guest service during the UK rebrand opening. You will work closely with the Hotel Manager and FB team to establish standards, trends, and a memorable guest experience.

As the lounge opens, you will tend the bar, provide drinks and coffee, and contribute to achieving sales budgets through engaging service and product recommendations. Collaborative teamwork is essential in this dynamic project.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in hotel trade or hotel/catering experience.
• Open and communicative.
• Hosting skills and passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Provide seamless, rapid service.
• Organise bar service standards and schedules with the department manager.
• Advise customers and actively selling The CloudOne Lounge products to meet the sales budget.
• Assist in ordering food, beverages and spirits and take monthly inventory.
• Work in multicultural teams to gain interdepartmental insights.
