The Cloud One Lounge in London is seeking its first bartender to join the opening team, collaborating with the Hotel Manager and Food & Beverage colleagues to deliver outstanding service during the rebranding phase. • Hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry.
• Experience in bar service and guest-facing roles is preferred.
• Flexibility and creativity with a focus on quality in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Providing seamless, rapid service to guests.
• Organising bar service standards and schedules with the department manager.
• Advising customers and actively selling The Cloud One Lounge products to meet sales targets.
• Assisting with ordering food, beverages and maintaining monthly inventory.
• Gaining interdepartmental insights by working with multicultural teams.
