The Cloud One hotels seeks a motivated Breakfast and Bar Assistant to join our team in London. This full-time role covers breakfast prep, buffet management, and bar service, with duties across hosting, kitchen porter, and guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in hotel trade or experience in hotel/catering is preferred.
• Open and communicative with strong hosting skills.
• Flexible, creative and able to maintain quality under pressure.
• Willing to collaborate across departments as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast items and bake bakery products for the buffet.
• Refill the buffet according to daily demand and assist with kitchen porter duties.
• Clear and clean tables promptly and host guests with warmth.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately and efficiently.
• Support bar service including preparing drinks and maintaining cleanliness.
• Open and close shifts according to procedures and assist with inventory.
