About the role
As a Transport First Line Manager, you'll be managing Partners and agency staff across the Transport operation, helping to maintain the smooth running of our Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC). This is a 7-day-a-week operation where you will ensure productivity and key customer service levels are met within budget. You'll play an active role in motivating and leading your team.
Due to the nature of the role, you need to be 18 years or older to work here.
Working Pattern - 37.5 hours per week:
Earliest start time from 05:00 and latest finish time of 23:00, including weekend working.
Contract - This is a permanent role
Salary - £36,400 - £57,600 per annum
