To succeed in this role, you should have comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrable understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

1. Assist management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance in your designated area.
2. Supervise, implement, and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct reports, ensuring all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames while maintaining standards of excellence.
3. Track and trace orders using digital in-house tracking software, maintaining accurate records.
