A care service provider is looking for a First Line IT Support Engineer in Leeds. In this role, you will provide IT support to 2000 staff across several care homes and work closely with outsourced IT partners. The ideal candidate has a customer-first attitude, strong communication skills, and experience in helpdesk environments, particularly with Microsoft 365. This challenging role offers a varied and rewarding work experience.
Akari Care provides residential and nursing care services to the elderly operating 31 homes nationally. Our internal Technology department is recruiting a First Line IT Support Engineer to report directly to the Head of IT. This role will be varied and challenging but also rewarding.
The First Line IT Support Engineer works closely with our outsourced IT partners to provide excellent, customer-focussed IT support to 2000 staff across our network of 31 Care Homes and our Leeds Support Centre.
