West Suffolk Clinical Commissioning Group is recruiting two experienced First Contact Physiotherapists to deliver a high-quality MSK assessment and management service across our PCN serving ~70,000 patients. Based at King's Lynn Health Hub with sessions at partner GP practices, you will provide expert face-to-face assessment and autonomous care within your scope.

Formación

• BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
• Master's degree or equivalent specialist knowledge, skills and experience
• Level 7 capability in MSK assessment, diagnosis and treatment
• HEE-recognised First Contact Practitioner (FCP) status
• Current HCPC registration
• Eligibility for CSP membership
• Significant experience managing musculoskeletal caseloads independently
• Ability to prioritise and manage a diverse clinical workload
• Experience using SystmOne or similar electronic patient record systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship not available

Responsabilidades

• Expert face-to-face MSK assessment and diagnosis
• Diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation for MSK presentations
• Support patients to self-manage conditions and reduce unnecessary referrals
• Manage own clinical caseload and referrals using SystmOne
• Contribute to development of high-quality patient-centred services
