Job summary

Lancaster Gate Hotel in London seeks the first Bartender for The Cloud One Lounge, joining the team to support a major rebranding project and the official opening of this lounge restaurant. You will be the very first bartender, providing drinks or coffee, hosting guests with energy, enthusiasm, and positivity, and collaborating closely with the Hotel Manager and FB Team.

Responsibilities include delivering seamless service, organizing bar operations, advising guests, driving sales of The Cloud

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide seamless, rapid service at the bar and lounge
• Organise bar service and set standards and schedules with the department manager
• Advise customers and actively selling The Cloud One Lounge products to meet sales budget
• Help order food, beverages and spirits and take monthly inventory
• Gain interdepartmental insights by working in multicultural teams

Job description

The first stage of this role will be fully focused on the Rebranding projects, so You will be another key person taking care of the official opening of this lounge restaurant along with the Hotel Manager and FB Team. You would be the very first Bartender of The Cloud One Lounge in London and the person monitoring trends, guests preferences and a great service either for providing a drink or a coffee. A lot of energies, enthusiasm, and positivity will be the main elements to work with together!

Thanks to your hosting skills, our guests will enjoy a wonderful stay. As well as tending the bar and One Lounge, your duties will also include the following:

• Providing a seamless, rapid service
• Helping to organise the bar service and determine all the necessary standards and schedules in cooperation with the department manager
• Providing advice to customers and actively selling The Cloud One Lounge products in order to achieve the One Lounge sales budget
• Helping to order food, beverages and spirits for the bar areas and take inventory at the end of the month
• Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams

Qualifications
