Job summary

Royal Lancaster London is seeking a passionate Bartender – Lounge Bar to join our Food and Beverage team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start. You will help deliver five-star service to our guests, working a 40-hour week on a shift pattern and contributing to a warm, collaborative hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• To adhere to the hours of work/shift system. To be punctual and to arrive at the outlet at the appropriate time (5 min before the beginning of the shift).
• Assists in opening and closing procedure in the outlets.
• Ensures every guest receives exceptional service of food & beverage according to the company policy, SOPs and AA and LQA standards from him/herself as well as other colleagues.
• Assists with clearing, re-setting tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks, polishing equipment and maintaining the buffet (when applicable), following departmental standards.
