Job summary

Brook Street in Worcester is seeking a First Aid Trainer or Trainee First Aid Trainer to deliver engaging, practical courses across the local area. You will gain a Level 3 Training Qualification and receive full training and support as you develop your skills.

Working Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30 with occasional evenings or weekends, you will need your own vehicle and be prepared to undertake DBS checks. Join a growing organisation investing in people across the UK.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and assessing training courses to a professional and engaging standard.
• Creating a positive learning environment that encourages participation.
• Maintaining and developing your own subject knowledge and training skills.
• Preparing training venues and equipment ahead of sessions.
• Conducting dynamic risk assessments when required.
• Building strong relationships with learners and venue contacts.
• Ensuring training equipment is maintained, clean and fit for purpose.
