Job summary

Line Up Aviation is seeking a Fire Instructor based in Moreton-in-Marsh, with duties including delivering feedback to delegates and leading syndicates for development. The role emphasises health, safety and welfare of learners, and may require off-site delivery at additional training venues.

Ideal candidates hold a firefighter instructor qualification with a good grasp of the Fire Sector and Curriculum Framework.

Qualifications

• Qualified Firefighter instructor with experience in a uniformed training environment.
• Strong understanding of the Fire Sector and Qualifications and Curriculum Framework.
• Nationally recognised training qualification (AET L3 minimum) plus assessor awards; willingness to obtain IV accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver feedback to delegates as part of instruction.
• Occasionally act as a syndicate lead for development.
• Deliver training off-site at other venues while ensuring health and safety.
