Job summary

Line Up Aviation is seeking a Fire Instructor to join a permanent team in Moreton-In-Marsh. You will deliver professional teaching across FSC courses and fire service qualifications, supporting learning and development. The role is Monday to Friday with a starting salary of 38,500 GBP per year.

You will contribute to health and safety, assist with off-site training, and help grow delivery capabilities. A qualified firefighter instructor with a national training qualification and assessor awards

Qualifications

• Qualified Firefighter instructor with uniformed training experience.
• Strong understanding of the Fire Sector and Qualifications and Curriculum Framework.
• Nationally recognised training qualification (AET L3) plus assessor awards; willingness/ability to obtain Internal Verifier accreditation.
• Holds or working towards SFJ Level 3 BAI, SFJ Level 3 TVI, CFBTI Level 3 or equivalent.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver feedback to delegates and act as syndicate lead when required.
• Ensure health, safety and welfare of learners and staff; deliver off-site training at other venues.
• Support FSC delivery plan by expanding skills in specialist areas and assisting with courses outside core areas.
• Promote core values and safety culture, meeting legal and ethical obligations.
