Job summary

A leading fire protection company in Willenhall is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager. You will lead quality and compliance activities for fire sprinkler systems, ensuring adherence to LPCB standards. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in the fire sprinkler industry and a strong understanding of UK fire regulations. This full-time position is critical for delivering compliant fire protection systems across all projects.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of LPCB standards, particularly LPS 1048.
• Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations (Part B).
• Familiarity with third-party certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and management of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee QA and compliance checks for all fire sprinkler projects.
• Conduct internal audits and support external LPCB audits.

Skills

Proven experience in the fire sprinkler industry

Excellent knowledge of BS EN 12845

Strong organisational and reporting skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education

Understanding of LPCB standards

Valid UK driving licence
