Job summary

Trinity Fire & Security is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to service and maintain a diverse portfolio of commercial clients across the South Coast. You will deliver high-quality servicing, maintenance and technical support for fire and security systems.

Join a team supported by service coordinators and specialists, with regional coverage, uncapped earning potential and ongoing training. A full UK driving licence is required and benefits include a company van and pension.

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm and/or electronic security systems.
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of relevant British Standards and industry requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to customer service.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits on fire and security systems.
• Diagnose faults and deliver effective, compliant solutions.
• Complete minor remedial works and small-scale installations.
• Provide professional technical advice and updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant standards and company procedures.
