Fire & Security Service Engineer, Wolverhampton

We are seeking a Fire & Security Service Engineer for a well-established business based in Wolverhampton, primarily serving commercial clients. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Fire or Security system installation, including Fire alarms, CCTV, Access control, and Intruder Alarms.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Conducting call outs, breakdowns, and fault finding
2. Performing full preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and fault diagnosis across various Fire Systems
3. Occasional small installation works
4. Working independently or as part of a team
5. Supporting supervisors and management
6. Managing workload efficiently and participating in training
7. Working away from home when required

Requirements include:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to complete projects from start to finish
• Willingness to stay away when needed
• Knowledge of systems such as Gent, Notifier, Morley, Kentec, Galaxy, Texecom, Paxton, Salto, Samsung, etc. (advantageous)
• IPAF qualification (preferred)
• C&G electrical installation or NVQ Level 3 (advantageous)

Remuneration includes a company vehicle with a fuel card, working hours from 8 am to 5 pm (40 hours per week), and pension benefits.
