Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in servicing Fire Alarms and Intruder Alarms.
• Knowledge of Fire Extinguishers and electrical experience preferred.

• Participating in the call-out rota and completing paperwork.

Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer, with consideration for Fire Alarm Engineers.

Location of Works: Birmingham.

The Company: A highly accredited Fire and Security company specializing in the installation, service, and maintenance of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms.

Package:

• £38-45,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
• OTE: £50,000
• 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays (increasing 1 day every 5 years, paid at an average rate including overtime)
• Travel time paid after 30 minutes each way
• Call outs paid door-to-door (if participating)

Main Responsibilities:

• Servicing Fire alarms, Intruder alarms, Access Control, CCTV, and Emergency lights
• Participating in the call-out rota (currently 1 week in 9)
• Working independently comfortably
• Completing work in line with British standards
• Reporting to line managers and completing paperwork

Knowledge and Experience:

• 3+ years' experience in servicing Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, and EMLs
• Electrical experience such as 18th Edition preferred
• Knowledge of Fire Extinguishers desirable
• Full UK driving license with zero points preferred
• ECS and CSCS cards desirable
