Job summary

East West Connect Ltd is seeking a detail‑oriented Fire & Security Project Administrator to coordinate administrative tasks for installation projects across commercial sectors. The role involves setup of projects in JobLogic, processing orders, and ensuring timely communications with engineers, clients, and suppliers.

You will manage subcontractor administration, schedule site visits, track progress, and assist with RAMS and documentation to support compliance and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role within building services, fire and security, or construction/FM contracting.
• Experience using CAFM or job management systems (e.g., JobLogic) and creating project records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and set up new projects on internal systems (JobLogic).
• Schedule and coordinate engineers and subcontractors to align with the project programme.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and engineers to track progress and maintain records of communications and actions.
• Monitor timelines and budgets, flag delays or cost overruns to the Project Manager.
• Assist with subcontractor administration, site visits, and equipment hire scheduling.
• Prepare RAMS, O&M manuals and completion certificates as required.
