Job summary

SECOM Plc, a global fire and security leader, seeks a Multiskilled Installation Engineer for Brighton, UK. You will install intruder alarms, IP CCTV, access control, and life-safety systems in line with design specs and client expectations.

Read drawings, complete digital documentation, source parts, and provide site updates to project teams while meeting deadlines and compliance standards. A full UK driving licence is essential and prior installation experience is required.

Qualifications

Experience installing fire and security systems to design specifications.
Knowledge of Pyronix, IP CCTV, access control and alarm systems.
Full UK driving licence is essential and driving is required for site visits.
Ability to read technical drawings, be digitally literate and compliant.

Responsibilities

Install fire and security systems to design specifications and client expectations.
Read and interpret plans and drawings and complete digital documentation.
Order parts, collect equipment and provide site updates to project teams.
Liaise with internal departments and clients to meet deadlines and handovers.
Ensure workmanship, safety, and compliance across installations.
