Job summary
A specialist security solutions company based in the Anglia area is seeking an experienced Fire & Security Minor Works Engineer. Responsibilities include working with the Minor Works Team on installing and maintaining CCTV, Access Control, Intruder, and Fire Alarm Systems. The ideal candidate should have a technical background in the electrical/electronic field, strong customer service skills, and a UK driving license. This role offers a variety of benefits including training and a company van.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Fire & Security Installation role.
Knowledge of current industry standards and ability to commission systems.
Self-motivated and organised with the ability to work on own initiative.
Full UK Driving License required.
Responsibilities
Liaise with the Lead Engineer on all troublesome sites.
Maintain Fire & Security Systems as required.
Plan and respond to routine and reactive calls.
Support the Service Engineers when necessary.
