Job summary

A leading security systems provider in Cambridge is looking for an experienced Fire & Security Minor Works Engineer. Responsibilities include working on small projects from inception to completion on various systems and ensuring excellent customer interaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of installation experience, a solid technical background, and a full UK driving license. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Fire & Security Installation.
• Knowledge of current industry standards.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Lead Engineer on troublesome sites.
• Maintain Fire & Security systems in your region.
• Attend Engineering team meetings as required.

Skills

Good all-round knowledge of Fire and Security Systems

Experience of working in a similar role

Technical background in the electrical / electronic industry

Experience of front-line customer contact

Self-motivated and able to organise workload

Highly organised, professional and computer literate
