Job summary
Dalkia Scotland is seeking an Installation Technician (Projects) to install and set up fire and security systems on client sites. You will follow health and safety rules, complete on-site quality checks and work with operations managers and engineers to deliver installations on time.
Ideal candidates will have a Fire & Security Apprenticeship, strong IT and MS Office skills, and experience in construction environments. We value teamwork, safety, and delivering reliable service to clients.
Qualifications
- Fire & Security Apprenticeship and Health and Safety Training completed.
- PC skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience in the construction industry and installing fire and security systems.
Responsibilities
- Follow set technical standards in line with Health and Safety at Work Act.
- Make sure onsite Quality checks are followed properly and keep accurate records related to Fire & Security Systems.
- Handle initial actions for all client requests.
- Manage visiting specialist contractors working on Fire & Security Systems aspects of installations.
