Job summary

Thrive SW is seeking a Fire and Security Engineer based in South Devon. The role covers maintenance and testing across Fire, Security, and CCTV systems under NSI/BAFE standards, with a company van and generous holiday provisions.

The engineer will carry out planned maintenance and reactive works, supporting M&E tasks as needed while ensuring high service levels for commercial properties in the South Devon and Cornwall region.

Qualifications

• Minimum trade qualifications in Fire and Security Systems & Electrical competencies.
• Experience with NSI/BAFE standards is preferred.
• Valid certification in primary trade and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Fire, Security, CCTV PPMs per NSI/BAFE standards.
• Handle Reactive works including Mechanical & Electrical tasks.
• Adhere to an out-of-hours call-out rota when required.
