Job summary

W4G Fire & Security is seeking a diligent Fire & Security Engineer to install, maintain and upgrade integrated fire and electronic security systems across our UK client base. Based near the M4 corridor, you will ensure systems meet our exacting standards while delivering excellent customer service.

You will handle IP and analogue CCTV, intruder alarms and access control, travel as required, and participate in an on‑call rota. Training and progression are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience as a multi-disciplined engineer with fire and security systems.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel/join on-call rota.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with Windows.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain fire and security systems to standards.
• Respond to service calls on all types of systems.
• Participate in the on-call rota (currently 1 in 6).
• Meet KPIs and SLAs for service delivery.
• Collaborate with Coordinators and Management to cover jobs and stock.
• Attend training and stay updated on industry standards.
