Job summary

Ark Fire Protection Ltd is seeking a dedicated Fire & Security Engineer in the United Kingdom to install, commission, maintain and repair fire alarm, intruder, CCTV and access control systems. You will work on addressable and non-addressable systems, perform routine maintenance, diagnose faults, and take part in the on-call rota.

The role requires a strong knowledge of BS5839-1, BS5839-6 and BS EN 50131 standards, with flexibility to travel within the service area and to work outside regular

Qualifications

• Experience with fire and security systems operations.
• Strong understanding of relevant safety and security standards.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, repair fire and security alarm systems, CCTV and access control.
• Work on addressable and non-addressable fire alarm systems.
• Carry out planned maintenance on fire alarms and security systems.
• Diagnose and resolve faults across fire and security equipment.
• Participate in the company call-out rota.
