Fire & Security Service Engineer - London

Alarm Communications Limited is a leading team of fire protection, commercial security, and building management systems specialists, with our Head Office located in Surrey. Our client base includes prestigious buildings and landmarks such as high-end hotels, stadia, and education establishments in and around Greater London. We are currently looking to appoint a new Fire & Security Service Engineer specifically covering the London Area.

Basic Salary - up to £41,000

Overtime, Travel Time & Call-out

Alarm Communication's Service Engineers

• Conduct routine service, maintenance, and fault-finding on fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems.
• Ensure all works meet the highest standards and client requirements.
• Respond promptly to service calls and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate with team members and support larger projects.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems.
• Necessary qualifications in fire and security systems or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full, Manual UK Driver's License.
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours and participate in on-call rotations.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to high standards and exceptional service.
