The Permanent Fire & Security Engineer/PPM Maintenance Engineer position is vital to ensuring the safety and security of various properties. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault finding, and servicing for an array of security systems, including CCTV and Access Controls. This diverse mix of responsibilities offers both challenges and rewards, allowing you to sharpen your skills and make a tangible impact on client safety.
To be successful as a Fire & Security Engineer, you should possess a solid background in the field, notably with systems such as CCTV and Access Control. Ideally, you have experience working with a call-out system, and you should be ready to embrace the opportunity for plenty of overtime. A relevant qualification in Fire and Security or an equivalent is desirable, along with a proven track record in maintenance and servicing within this domain.
As a Fire & Security Engineer, you will enjoy a competitive salary ranging from £32,000 to £37,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
