Progroup Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/Manager to oversee fire safety and building improvement works across London. You will supervise day-to-day site activities, coordinate directly employed operatives and subcontractors, and ensure works meet regulatory and client specifications on occupied properties in residential, social housing or healthcare settings.

• Experience leading site teams on construction, passive fire protection or building fabric projects.
• Strong coordination of direct employees and subcontractors.
• Solid understanding of site health and safety and QA processes.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day site operations ensuring works are delivered to programme.
• Coordinate directly employed operatives and subcontractors across projects.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure installations meet specifications and standards.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and health and safety checks.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports and QA documentation.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Contracts Managers and clients for smooth delivery.
• Identify and resolve site issues and escalate risks or delays as needed.
• Support completion and handover of projects.
