Job summary

South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue in Barnsley is seeking a Business Fire Safety Inspecting Officer. You will inspect business premises, provide fire safety advice, and support enforcement activities.

The role can start with a Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety (Auditor) or offer a development pathway to achieve the qualification, with pay progression from training to qualified grades. Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
