Job summary

Bimplus in Bedfordshire is seeking an experienced Fire Safety Delivery Manager to lead fire safety programmes across a residential property portfolio. You will manage projects, coordinate contractors, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

The role emphasizes risk identification, remedial works oversight, and delivering high-quality outcomes. You will collaborate with residents, regulators and colleagues, reporting to senior stakeholders and contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong background in fire safety and compliance, with experience delivering projects and auditing FRAs.
• Confident managing contractors, interpreting legislation and communicating technical info to diverse audiences.
• Experience in fire safety compliance, FRA auditing and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and implementation of fire safety projects within budget and timescales.
• Support statutory fire safety and landlord compliance responsibilities.
• Oversee contractors and service providers, monitor performance against standards and KPIs.
