Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Residential High-Rise Fire Safety and Health and Safety principles.
• Experience with Residential Highrise Blocks Fire Safety and Health and Safety frameworks.
• Level 4 fire safety qualification or fire engineering certifications.
• Proven experience managing fire safety projects with clients, designers and contractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of clear reports for non-specialists.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Membership of a relevant professional body is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver fire risk assessments across client sites.
• Advise on fire safety upgrades and support design and implementation.
• Coordinate fire door and compartmentation improvement projects.
• Manage and coordinate fire safety projects, liaising with clients and contractors.
• Review building plans, prepare method statements and risk assessments.
• Produce clear technical reports and provide training on fire safety procedures.
• Monitor ongoing fire safety performance and participate in audits and inspections.
