Job summary

Hafod Housing Association Limited is seeking a Fire Safety Officer to lead fire safety compliance across all properties and services. You will conduct comprehensive risk assessments and surveys, ensuring premises are safe and compliant with statutory obligations.

You will be the subject matter expert on fire safety, influencing colleagues and the community on best practices for keeping homes safe. Travel across Hafod sites may be required, and a driving licence is needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards (Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005).
• Experience conducting comprehensive fire risk assessments across multiple sites.
• Ability to influence colleagues, customers, and the community on best practices for fire safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead fire safety compliance across Hafod Housing Association in line with the Fire Safety Order 2005.
• Conduct fire risk assessments and surveys to ensure premises are safe and compliant.
• Deliver and oversee Hafod's fire safety framework across the organisation.
