Brandon James Ltd is seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to support a strong Midlands pipeline. You will conduct fire risk assessments across residential, commercial, education and healthcare properties, producing clear Type 1 and Type 3 reports and advising on remedial actions.

The successful candidate will have NEBOSH Fire or equivalent, Level 4 Fire Risk Assessment qualification, and full UK driving licence, with IFE membership or progress towards.

Competenze

• NEBOSH Fire or equivalent qualification is required.
• Level 4 Fire Risk Assessment qualification is required.
• Experience completing fire risk assessments.
• Strong knowledge of the Fire Safety Order.
• IFE membership or working towards.

Mansioni

• Carry out fire risk assessments across residential, commercial, education and healthcare properties.
• Complete Type 1 and Type 3 fire risk assessments and produce clear reports.
• Identify fire safety defects and advise clients on remedial actions.
• Work with managing agents, housing providers, commercial landlords and property owners to advise on safety improvements.
