Job summary

Cromwell Fire Limited is seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join our growing team. You will carry out high-quality Fire Risk Assessments across a varied portfolio of premises and produce clear FRA reports for clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Level 4 FRA qualification (or is working towards it), has knowledge of UK fire safety legislation, a full UK driving licence, and strong organisational and communication skills to manage workloads and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience carrying out Fire Risk Assessments.
• Level 4 FRA qualification or working towards Level 4.
• Knowledge of UK fire safety legislation and guidance.
• Identify deficiencies and provide practical recommendations.
• Assess varied premises: commercial, educational, residential, care.
• Produce clear, professional FRA reports.
• Organised with ability to manage workload and appointments.
• Good communication and client liaison.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Membership of a professional fire safety body is advantageous.
