Job summary

Elvis Eckardt Recruitment is seeking Fire Risk Assessors who hold a Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment qualification and have hands-on FRA experience. These roles sit within a major UK utilities framework, supporting compliance across low-risk sites, with a clear development path and ongoing support.

You will travel daily to sites across the North West, produce FRA reports, liaise with managers and contractors, and follow QA processes.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment qualification.
• Some practical FRA experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel across the North West.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Fire Risk Assessments on low-risk commercial and industrial premises.
• Produce clear, structured FRA reports and prioritised action plans.
• Liaise with site managers, duty holders and contractors to support compliance.
• Follow internal QA and validation processes.
• Maintain CPD in line with industry and organisational standards.
• Travel daily to multiple sites across the North West.

Location: ManWeb Region

Salary: £30,000–£45,000 + Car or Car Allowance + Package

About the Role: We are seeking Fire Risk Assessors who already hold a Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment qualification and have some hands-on FRA experience. These roles sit within a major UK utilities framework, supporting compliance across low-risk operational sites.

This position is ideal for candidates who have completed their FRA training, gained initial field experience, and are now ready to step into a structured role where they can “hit the ground running” but still receive ongoing support and development.
