Job summary

Elvis Eckardt Recruitment & Sales Solutions Limited is seeking Fire Risk Assessors who already hold a Level 3 FRA qualification and have practical FRA experience. The role involves working within a major UK utilities framework to ensure compliance across low-risk sites.

Travel daily across the North West is required, with occasional overnights. You will join a structured team with strong support, development opportunities, and a stable long-term contract.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel daily across the North West; overnight stays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Fire Risk Assessments on low-risk premises.
• Apply PAS 79 to identify hazards and evaluate risk.
• Produce clear FRA reports and prioritised action plans.
• Liaise with site managers, duty holders and contractors to support compliance.
• Travel daily to sites across the North West; occasional overnights.
• Maintain internal QA and validation processes.
• Maintain CPD in line with industry and organisational standards.

About the Role:

We are seeking Fire Risk Assessors who already hold a Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment qualification and have some hands‑on FRA experience. These roles sit within a major UK utilities framework, supporting compliance across low-risk operational sites.

This position is ideal for candidates who have completed their FRA training, gained initial field experience, and are now ready to step into a structured role where they can “hit the ground running” but still receive ongoing support and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Fire Risk Assessments on low-risk commercial and industrial premises
• Apply PAS 79 methodology to identify hazards and evaluate risk
• Produce clear, structured FRA reports and prioritised action plans
• Liaise with site managers, duty holders and contractors to support compliance
• Follow internal QA and validation processes
• Maintain CPD in line with industry and organisational standards
• Travel daily to multiple sites across the North West; occasional overnights may be required
