Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. is partnering with a growing fire safety consultancy to recruit an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to cover projects across Yorkshire. The role focuses on residential fire risk assessments in blocks of flats and communal areas, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and client service.

You will build reports, advise on compliance, manage a busy workload, and keep up-to-date with fire safety legislation. Travel across Yorkshire and a full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have experience undertaking fire risk assessments.
• Experience working within residential properties, including blocks of flats and communal areas.
• A recognised fire risk assessment qualification or relevant fire safety competency.
• Strong understanding of current fire safety legislation and guidance.
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
• Professional, organised and client-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Yorkshire.

Responsibilities

The Role
