Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is recruiting a Fire Risk Assessor to deliver type 1 risk assessments across South Yorkshire public sector properties. You will manage your own diary with site visits and thorough report write-ups in a hybrid working pattern.

The role requires NEBOSH Fire Safety and at least two years of type 1 risk assessment experience, with registration to a professional body (IFE/IFSM) desirable. Salary ranges from £38,000 to £42,000, with mileage, healthcare and Local Government pension.

Qualifications

• Experience completing type 1 fire risk assessments (min 2 years).
• Public sector experience.
• Ability to curate accurate reports and communicate findings.
• NEBOSH Fire Safety certificate.

Fire Risk Assessor qualifications / experience:

• Minimum 2 years' experience completing type 1 fire risk assessments
• Proven experience working in the public sector
• Ability to curate accurate reports and be able to communicate them carefully
• NEBOSH Fire Safety
• Registered with a professional body (IFE/IFSM) (desirable)
