Job summary

Peabody is seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to deliver high-quality fire risk assessments across our residential portfolio in Greater London. You will identify risks, produce FRA reports and provide practical recommendations to drive improvements and keep residents safe.

You'll hold NEBOSH Fire Safety qualification (or equivalent) and a Tier 2 Fire Risk Assessor accreditation or demonstrable competency, with strong communication skills to explain risks clearly.

Job description

Join Peabody's Fire Safety Team and play a key role in keeping our residents, visitors and buildings safe.

We're looking for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to deliver high-quality fire risk assessments across our residential portfolio. You'll use your expertise to identify risks, provide practical recommendations and help drive improvements that keep our customers safe.

What you'll do

• Carry out fire risk assessments across a range of residential properties.
• Produce clear, accurate FRA reports with practical recommendations.
• Work with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure risks are effectively managed.
• Support best practice and continuous improvement across the Fire Safety Team.

What you'll bring

• Experience carrying out fire risk assessments in residential properties.
• NEBOSH Fire Safety qualification (or equivalent).
• A minimum Tier 2 Fire Risk Assessor qualification, accreditation or demonstrable competency.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain fire safety risks and recommendations clearly.
