You’ll take projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with residents, consultants, contractors and colleagues across the business, you’ll play a key role in managing risk, driving successful project outcomes and minimising disruption for residents. This is an opportunity to use your technical and project management expertise to deliver work that has a real and lasting impact on resident safety.

What’s in it for you….

In addition to the salary, we offer a number of benefits, including:

  • Health cash plans
  • 26 days’ annual leave, increasing to 29 after three years, with the opportunity to buy more
  • Flexible bank holidays – take them when it suits you
  • Car leasing scheme
  • Hybrid working – offering you the flexibility to thrive in your role. You’ll have the opportunity to blend the best of both worlds, spending approximately two to three days per week in the office once settled in the role. This is flexible and depends on meeting cycles and board activity. We also offer an optional nine-day fortnight scheme, allowing you to compress your hours if it suits the role.
What you’ll be doing……
  • Leading a portfolio of Fire and Building Safety remediation projects from inception through to completion.
  • Managing consultants and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered to agreed quality, programme and contract standards.
  • Managing project budgets, risks and programmes, identifying and addressing issues early.
  • Overseeing design development, procurement and statutory approvals, ensuring projects progress in line with key milestones.
  • Monitoring construction progress, quality and health and safety through regular site visits and contractor meetings.
  • Ensuring project documentation, photographic records and Golden Thread information are accurately maintained.
  • Working closely with Resident Liaison Officers to keep residents informed and minimise disruption throughout remediation works.
  • Providing project updates, risk analysis and financial information to senior colleagues, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
