Job summary

Fire And Security Careers is seeking a Project Manager for a site-based role in Middlesex, focusing on Water Mist/Sprinkler systems. The package targets around £60k with on-site duties and UK experience required.

You will manage labour, liaise with clients on commercial sprinkler installations, control budgets and QA, and coordinate materials and Plant while ensuring project milestones are met across Middlesex and surrounding counties.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing site-based fire sprinkler projects in the UK.
• Experience with Water Mist or sprinkler systems.
• CSCS card and UK industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage labour on site-based projects in Middlesex, Surrey, Berkshire areas.
• Liaise with clients regarding commercial sprinkler installations.
• Manage finances, quality and delivery for the projects.
• Arrange materials and plant for installation and supervise Project Engineers.
• Conduct site surveys and monitor progress as needed.
• Prepare QA documents and maintain records.
• Monitor programs to meet client expectations and attend progress meetings.
