Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a Domestic Fire Protection PPM Engineer (Smoke Alarm Tester) for our Westminster operation in London. You will carry out planned and responsive maintenance on occupied and void properties, ensuring high standards of safety and customer service.

Working Monday–Friday, 40 hours, you’ll use a handheld device to log tasks, and you’ll hold a valid UK driving licence as vehicles are provided.

Qualifications

• Desirable City and Guilds/NVQ Level 2 Building Maintenance Operative or equivalent.
• CSCS blue card desirable; good health and safety knowledge.
• Valid UK driving licence required (company vehicle for work use).

Responsabilités

• Carry out planned and responsive repairs to occupied and void social housing properties.
• Perform maintenance tasks in a safe and professional manner.
• Log tasks using handheld device and complete required documentation.
