You will undertake planned and reactive maintenance of emergency lighting, smoke vent systems, and related fire safety assets in line with BS5839 standards. The role includes a 1 in 10 night call-out rota, a company van, pension scheme, 25 days holidays, and progression opportunities.

The purpose of this role is to provide maintenance and servicing of life safety equipment, emergency light and smoke vent systems, in accordance with all current British & European standards, in accordance with BS5839 standards.
This is operational site-based position and involves collaborating closely with the support service team. While also engaging with our clients. Expect a dynamic and fast paced work setting that combines on site work with on-going communication with office-based colleagues. The role requires proactive interaction and liaison with clients/customers, to ensure effective communication and first-class customer service.
