Niyaa People is seeking an experienced Fire Door Manager to lead and develop the fire door division within a fire safety company. The role combines technical expertise with proven management capability to deliver projects nationwide and maintain high standards.

You will own day-to-day operations of the department, manage a team of around 10, coordinate client-facing technical support, and drive commercial delivery within budgets, while ensuring compliance with fire door standards and

Qualificações

• 2–3 years' management or supervisory experience.
• Strong BM TRADA certification knowledge and fire door requirements.
• Solid background in fire door industry (installation, inspection, maintenance or remedial).
• Experience managing teams and overseeing operational delivery.
• Good commercial awareness with understanding of project costs, budgets and delivery.
• Experience with planning, scheduling and procurement.

We're looking for an experienced Fire Door Manager to lead and develop their established fire door division within a fire safety company. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious fire door professional who combines strong technical expertise with proven management experience and commercial awareness.
As the Fire Door Manager you will take ownership of the day-to-day running and continued development of the fire door department, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, maintaining high technical standards and providing an excellent service to clients nationwide.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing, supporting and developing a team of approximately 10 direct reports.
• Providing client-facing technical support and guidance, acting as a key point of contact for technical fire door queries.
• Taking ownership of operational planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Overseeing fire door ordering, ensuring materials and products are specified and ordered accurately and in line with project requirements.
• Managing commercial delivery, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with agreed budgets and expectations.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant fire door standards, certification requirements and industry best practice.

About you:

We are looking for someone with a strong background in fire doors who is ready to take the next step into a senior departmental leadership position. You will ideally have:

• 2–3 years' management or supervisory experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of BM TRADA certification, standards and fire door requirements.
• A solid background within the fire door industry, ideally across installation, inspection, maintenance or remedial works.
• Experience managing teams and overseeing operational delivery.
• Good commercial awareness and an understanding of project costs, budgets and delivery.
• Experience with planning, scheduling and fire door procurement.

Working Arrangements:

• Hybrid working between office base and site visits
• Overnight stays will occasionally be required due to the geographical spread of projects.
