Job summary

Tech-People is seeking two qualified Fire Door Joiners for a short-term project in York, YO31 8SS. Start on 28/09/2026 for a 2-week assignment with 08:00–17:00 hours (30-minute unpaid break). Paid hours are 8.5 per day at £33.00 per hour, with free parking available on site.

Responsibilities include installing doorsets, architraves, ironmongery, and linings, while meeting daily targets and maintaining high workmanship to align with site requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid Blue CSCS Card.
• Previous fire door joinery experience.
• Full PPE.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet daily installation targets.
